Applications

Once you have established your company profile and product profile, you are ready to embark on the Regulatory Approval process. This step is essential for gaining access to the regulatory sandbox and obtaining the necessary license to operate your product in Liberia. 

You have the option to initiate an application either from the "Get Ready" page after verifying the regulator requirements or directly from the "Applications" menu on the Beyond Sandbox home page.

To initiate an application, it is essential to have a "Company profile" and a "Product profile" associated with your submission. If you have not yet created these profiles, you can conveniently do so during the application process by selecting the "Create Company" and "Create Product" options from the dropdown menu.

Please choose the appropriate options for “Company profile,” “Product Profile,” and the “Application Form” from the available options provided by the Bank of Ghana, based on the approval you are applying for your product. 

When all the fields are filled, click on the “Next” button.

Review the information and click on “Start Application”.

Proceed through the subsequent screens to provide the necessary information, ensuring the completion of your application for submission to the Regulator. It is important to have on hand the details pertaining to your organization, a comprehensive description of your product and services, as well as any additional documentation required by the regulator in the specific jurisdiction to which you are applying.

It is recommended to connect with the Test APIs prior to submitting your application to the regulator. This step allows you to confirm the integration process and prepares you for a smooth transition to the Live APIs once your application receives regulatory approval. 

View Application 

To get an overview of your applications and their statuses, simply select the “Applications” option from the main menu.

At the top of this page, you will find widgets that provide information on the Type of application, the Progress of your applications, and the Review status of your application.

The lower section of this page presents a comprehensive list of your applications, including essential details such as the unique Application ID, Product Name, Company Name, Service, Country, Submission Date, Decision Date, Total Days since submission, and the current status of each application.

Additionally, you have the option to search for a specific application using the search feature. You can also filter the list by country to streamline your review process.

To access the details of a specific application, simply click on the Application ID link.
