Cancelling onboarding while adding a license

During the license onboarding process, you may decide to stop and return to the beginning. The platform provides a Cancel Onboarding option.

Steps to Cancel Onboarding

1. While in the license onboarding flow, click the Cancel option (usually found in the step navigation).

2. A confirmation dialog will appear with the message:
   “You are about cancelling the onboarding. This will erase everything you’ve done and return you to the beginning. Are you certain about cancelling?”

3. Choose one of the options:

   • Yes → Confirms cancellation. All progress will be erased, and you’ll return to the start of onboarding.

   • No → Dismisses the dialog and resumes the onboarding process without losing progress.
