Company Profiles

Each company profile represents an official record that can be used when applying for sandbox participation, managing compliance, and collaborating with regulators.

Creating a New Company Profile

To add a new company:

1. Click Add Company (top-right corner).

2. Complete the 4-step form:

   Step 1 – Basic Information

   • Enter the Name of the Company Profile.

   • Provide a Description (e.g., company purpose or key activities).

   • Click Next to continue.

   Step 2 – Legal Information

   • Enter your Legal Registered Name.

   • Provide the VAT registration number.

   • Select the Business incorporation date.

   • Click Next.

   Step 3 – Company Address

   • Provide the full company address, including:

     • Address line

     • Country

     • City/Province and State

     • Zip/Postal Code

   • Enter your Phone Number and (optionally) Company Website.

   • Click Next.

   Step 4 – Team Size

   • Select your company’s team size (0–1, 2–10, 11–100, or >100).

   • Click Create Company Profile to finalize.

   🔹 Tip: At any step, you can choose Save Draft to continue later without losing your progress.

Accessing Company Profiles

1. From the left-hand navigation menu, select Company Profiles.

2. You will see a list of existing company profiles (if any), along with their VAT number, creation date, last updated date, and description.

3. Use the search bar to quickly find a specific company profile.

Best Practices

• Keep your company profile up to date with accurate legal and business information.

• Create separate profiles for different legal entities if your organization operates multiple businesses.

• Ensure that the information provided matches your official documentation, as regulators may verify it during compliance reviews.
