Submit a request/ incident via email
To report an incident via email, please send your message to support@emtech.com, detailing the nature of your incident or request.
To assist us in our investigation and expedite the resolution process, kindly include the following information in your email:
- The timestamp when the incident began
- The level of impact caused by the incident
- The affected product or services, if applicable
- The contact person for any follow-up questions or additional information regarding the incident
Once the EMTECH support team receives your email, a ticket will be generated in the EMTECH Support portal. Our Level 1 support team will acknowledge your submission and begin working towards a resolution.
We will provide timely updates based on the incident's level of impact and severity, ensuring you are kept informed throughout the resolution process.
