The Data Management section allows you to bring in, organize, and manage datasets that power compliance reporting, monitoring, and metrics.
Navigating to Data Management

From the left-hand menu, select Data Management.

You will see a list of all existing datasets with the following details:

Data Name – the dataset title.

Description – a short summary of the dataset.
-
Source – indicates file type (e.g., CSV).
-
Last Updated – the date and time when the dataset was last modified.

Creating a Dataset
Click Create Dataset to add a new dataset. You have two options:
Option A: Manual Input

Select Via Manual Input.
-
Define the number of columns (fields) for your dataset.

Enter column titles and fill in row values.
-
Add more rows or columns using the + Add row and + Add column options.

Once done, click Add Data to save.

Best for: Small datasets or quick testing.
Option B: Upload a File

Select Via Upload.
-
Upload a
.csvfile (max size: 20MB). -
Enter a Name and Description for the dataset.

Click Create Dataset to finalize.

Best for: Large or pre-prepared datasets
Managing Datasets
For each dataset, click the 3-dot menu to access management options:

Edit Metadata – Update dataset name, description, or details.

Append Dataset – Add new data rows to the existing dataset.

Xray Dataset – Perform a quick analysis/inspection of the dataset contents.

Delete – Permanently remove the dataset.

View Dataset – Open and explore the dataset content.
Best Practices

Use clear and descriptive names for datasets (e.g., “SAR Reports – July 2025”).

Regularly update and append datasets to keep compliance analysis current.

Delete outdated or duplicate datasets to maintain a clean data environment.
