Applications Dashboard Overview

When you navigate to Applications from the left menu, you will see:

Application Summary

The summary provides a quick snapshot:

• Application Type: Number of Sandbox and License applications.

• Application Progress: Applications Not Submitted vs. Submitted.

• Application Review Status: Applications In Review, Approved, or Rejected.

This helps you quickly track where your applications stand.

Applications List View

Below the summary, you will find a detailed list of applications, including:

• Application ID – Unique identifier for each application.

• Product – The name of the product linked to the application.

• Company – Company submitting the application.

• Service Type – Type of regulated service (e.g., Virtual Assets, Crowdfunding, Payments).

• Country – Jurisdiction of the application.

• Date Submitted & Decision Date – Timeline of submission and regulator decision.

• Days in Review – Number of days the application has been under review.

• Status – Real-time application status (Not Submitted, In Review, Approved, Rejected).

You can filter applications by country or search using keywords (Product, Company, or ID).

Tracking Application Status

Each application displays a status indicator:

• Not Submitted – Draft application, not yet sent to regulator.

• In Review – Regulator is reviewing the application.

• Approved – Sandbox entry granted.

• Rejected – Application declined.

Submitting a New Application

To participate in the sandbox, you must submit a new application:

Step 1: Start Application

Click the Start Application button (top-right).

You will be prompted to provide:

• Company Profile – Select from your saved company profiles.

• Product Profile – Choose the product you want to test.

• Country – Select jurisdiction of sandbox participation.

• Regulator – Select the relevant regulatory body.

Click Next to proceed.

Step 2: Confirm Application Setup

Review the automatically populated details:

• Product Information (Profile, Service Type, Country, Description).

• Company Information (Profile, Application Form Type, VAT Number, Description).

Confirm the details are accurate before submission.

Step 3: Integrate Test APIs (Pre-Submission Requirement)

A reminder will appear to integrate the Test Reporting APIs.
This ensures your product can validate reporting requirements before approval.

Step 4: Submit Application

Click Start Application to formally submit.
Once submitted, the application will move to Submitted and In Review status.

Managing Application Lifecycle

Within each application record, you can:

• Track submission and decision timelines.

• Monitor Days in Review for regulatory visibility.

• View regulator feedback once decisions are made.
