Submit Reports
The Submitting Reports feature allows you to securely send compliance and regulatory reports directly to the regulator. You can configure delivery preferences, recipients, and supporting messages before final submission.
Accessing the Submission Option

Navigate to Reports from the left-hand menu.

Under the My Reports tab, locate the report you want to submit.

Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the report.

Select Submit.
Setting Up Submission
The Set Up Submission window will open. You must complete the following fields:
a. Delivery Method (Required)

Choose the method to deliver your report - Email is the default for the current version. More methods will be coming soon.

b. Regulator (Required)

Select the regulator from the drop-down list.

You may also add additional regulator emails by typing and pressing Enter.
c. CC Recipients (Optional)

Add colleagues to receive a copy of the report.
d. Subject (Required)

Enter the subject line for your submission email.
e. Message (Optional)

Provide a short message to accompany the submission.

Maximum of 500 characters.
f. Attached Files (Auto-populated)

The selected report file will automatically appear here.

Transactional Data for the Month.xlsx.
Finalizing Submission

Review all details carefully.

Click Submit to send the report.

The report will then be available under the Submitted Reports tab for tracking.
- You can download a submitted report, if needed
Notes

Submitted reports cannot be edited after submission.

Ensure the correct regulator and CC recipients are selected before proceeding.
- If you enter additional email addresses, press "Enter" to make sure your email ID entered is saved before the "Submit" button is enabled

Currently, submissions are only available via email. Other delivery methods will be added in future updates.
