Billing & Subscriptions
The Billing option allows you to manage your subscription plans, track billing activity, update payment methods, and view your payment history. This ensures you have full visibility and control over your financial commitment
Accessing Billing
From the left-hand navigation menu on your home page, select Billing.
Here, you will see three main tabs at the top:

Plans
In the Plans tab, you can view and manage available subscription plans for EMTECH’s products such as Beyond Sandbox, Beyond Cash, and Beyond Compliance.
Features:

Choose between Quarterly or Yearly billing cycles.

Yearly plans often include savings compared to quarterly payments.

Compare available plans (e.g., Starter vs. Growth).
-
View plan features before subscribing.
Actions:

Select the product (e.g., Beyond Compliance) you want to subscribe to.

Pick your preferred plan and billing frequency.
-
Click Subscribe to activate.
Navigate to Plans

Go to the Plans tab in your account dashboard.
-
Choose your desired subscription plan (e.g., Starter Plan, or Growth Plan).

Click Subscribe (or Contact Sales if applicable).
Review Service Agreement

A Service Agreement pop-up will appear.
-
Carefully review the Terms of Service.
-
Check the box “I accept the Terms of Service”.
-
Click I Agree, Continue to proceed.
This step confirms your agreement before moving to payment.
Open Payment Page

You’ll be redirected to the Payment screen.

Here you will see:
-
The selected plan details.
-
Subscription price before any discounts.
-
Payment options (e.g., Stripe or Flutterwave).
-
Add a Coupon
-
Click on Add Coupon under the subscription price.

A text field will appear where you can enter your coupon code. (Reach out to your sales representative for the coupon code as agreed with them during the sales process)
Example codes might look like:

BEYONDCOMPLIANCE50

Type the provided code into the field and click the → (Apply) button.
Confirm Discount

Once applied successfully, the discount will reduce your plan price accordingly.

The adjusted subscription price will be shown before proceeding.

If the code is invalid or expired, you will see an error message and can retry with a valid coupon.
Complete Payment

Choose your preferred payment method (Stripe or Flutterwave).
-
Check the box to accept the Billing Terms.

Click Proceed to Payment to finalize your subscription.
Billing Summary
The Billing Summary tab provides a consolidated view of your active subscriptions.
Key Details:

Plan name (e.g., Starter).
-
Billing cadence (Monthly, Quarterly, etc.).
-
Free API calls allowance under your plan.
-
Next billing date so you know when the next charge will occur.
Actions:

Use Change Plan to upgrade/downgrade your subscription.
-
Cancel subscription if you no longer need a plan.

Add or update payment methods (see section below).
The subscriptions tab provides an overview of all your subscriptions on the platform with the details.
Payment Methods
Under Billing, you can securely manage your payment details.
Steps to Add a Payment Method:

Click + Add card.
-
Enter cardholder name, card number, expiration date, CVC, country, ZIP code, and billing address.

Click Add Payment Method to save.
You can also update or replace an existing payment method at any time.
Payment History
The Payment History tab keeps track of all past transactions.
Details Shown:

Invoice ID
-
Plan
-
Type of charge
-
Amount paid
-
Payment date
-
Payment method
-
Status (e.g., Paid, Pending, Failed)
Use the Period filter (e.g., Last 12 Months) to narrow down records.
