User Management

The User Management section provides administrators with the options necessary to effectively manage users, define user roles, and establish permissions within the platform.

Invite Users

The ability to manage users on the platform is exclusively reserved for the Administrator user. This includes inviting new users, creating user roles, and setting permissions for those roles.

To invite a team member to assist with specific tasks, simply navigate to the “User Management” section on the Home page.

Next, select the Users tab and click on “Invite User.”

Provide the “First Name,” “Last Name,” and “Email” of the user you wish to invite. Then, from the dropdown list, select the appropriate role you would like to assign to them. Finally, click on “Invite” to complete the invitation process.


Once invited, the user will receive an email containing a link to accept the invitation and instructions to create their password for accessing the Sandbox platform.

Create User Role and Permissions 

The administrator user has the ability to create a new user role if needed.

To create additional user roles, please follow these steps:

  • First, access the “User Management” section on the Home page.
  • Next, locate and select the “Roles & Permissions” tab.
  • Finally, click on the “New Role” button positioned in the top right corner of the screen.

A pop-up window will appear to guide you through the process of creating the new role. Enter a name for the role, choose the appropriate module that this role will access on the platform, and configure the necessary permissions. Once you have completed these steps, simply click the "Create Role" button to finalize the process.

The permissions include settings that allow you to define the type of access controls available for Beyond Sandbox, as appropriate - Toggle the keys to select/ enable the options for the user selected and click on “Save Permissions” 

Once you have successfully created the new role, it will be displayed in the list of Roles & Permissions on the platform for easy reference and management.

To proceed, you will need to assign users to the newly created role. Simply navigate to the "Users" tab to begin this process.


To invite a new user, select the "Invite User" option. In the provided fields, enter the First Name, Last Name, and Email ID. Then, choose the appropriate role from the dropdown menu to assign to the user, and click on the "Invite" button to complete the process.

Upon completion of the invitation process, the new user will receive an email notification confirming their setup on the platform. This email will include a link that the user can click to access the platform and sign in, allowing them to begin their operations seamlessly.
