Company Profile

Establish a comprehensive profile for your company on the platform, which can then be linked to various modules and products, enabling you to fully utilize the available capabilities.

To submit an application on the Beyond Sandbox platform, you must create a Company Profile. It is important to note, however, that a Company Profile is not necessary for registering your product or testing the APIs available in Beyond Sandbox.

To create your Company Profile, simply navigate to the Company Profiles option on the homepage and click on the Create New Company Profile button located in the top right-hand corner.

To proceed, please respond to the series of questions designed to complete your profile. Ensure you have the necessary business information at hand, including your Legal Registered number, legal name, date of incorporation (the date your business was established), relevant registration documentation, contact details, and the total number of employees. This information is essential for creating your company profile on the platform.

To finalize the creation of your company profile, simply navigate to the last page of the form and click the “Create Company Profile” button. This action will save your information and establish your company profile on the platform.

Edit Company Details

Should you wish to update any details about your company in the future, you can easily do so by selecting the Manage option and then choosing Company Profiles from the left-hand side of the home screen. After you have at least one Company Profile set up, locate the ellipsis in the top right corner of the profile card. Clicking on it will reveal an inline menu where you can select Edit to modify any previously entered information. Remember to complete all steps in the questionnaire and click submit to ensure your updates are saved. If necessary, you also have the option to Delete your company profile.
