Regulatory Library

The Regulatory Library is a central repository of sandbox frameworks and regulatory guidelines published by regulators. It allows innovators to quickly access up-to-date regulatory documents relevant to their markets

Accessing the Regulatory Library

  • From the left-hand navigation menu, select Regulatory Library.

  • You will be directed to the library view, which lists all available documents.

Understanding the Library Layout

The library provides a structured list of documents, each accompanied by:

  • Document Title – e.g., Financial Technology Sandbox – United States of America.

  • Country Tag – shows the country of the regulator that published the document.

  • Regulator Tag – indicates that the source is an official regulatory body.

  • Action Buttons:

    • Visit Site – takes you to the regulator’s official sandbox or website.

    • Open PDF – opens the regulatory document directly for review.

Using Filters and Search

  • Use the Search bar at the top to look for specific documents by keyword (e.g., “sandbox framework” or “licensing”).

  • Use the Country filter (dropdown on the right) to narrow results by jurisdiction.

Document Availability

  • Documents appear in the library only if a regulator has published them on their sandbox platform.

  • This ensures that all documents in the library are authoritative and up to date.

Practical Use Cases

The Regulatory Library can be used to:

  • Understand regulatory requirements before applying to a sandbox.

  • Compare frameworks across multiple countries or regulators.

  • Download and review guidelines for compliance preparation.

  • Access regulator websites for additional resources or application portals.
